No-Dig-Garden

In term 2 and 3, some people in the ¾ neighbourhoods got chosen to work in the no-dig-garden. The no-dig-garden is a garden that does not use chemicals in the soil. It is organic and has layers. Some of the layers are manure, lusen, food scraps, newspaper and mulch. Some of the plants we planted are:
Lettuce (red and green), broccoli, silver beet, turnip, brussels sprouts, cabbage (red and green), peas, celery, rocket, strawberries, spinach, garlic, rosemary, artichokes and beans.
The no-dig-garden group also planted five trees. One plumcot tree, two apple trees, one peach tree and one apricot tree.
Now we are writing books and are designing a bird bath and statures. We will also soon be buying a aqueduct.
Guess what is happing now:
The plants are growing nicely, the plumcot tree has flowers, the apple and the peach tree have got sprouts. Also the vegetables are growing very well.
